Who are we? Formerly, since 1994, Information For Tomorrow home telehealth planning services. We’re a non-profit now, with a strict focus on educating professionals and lay caregivers and patients themselves on how to use new home telehealth technologies for improved care in home care and hospice.

Each quarter, we will provide a targeted range of tools and suggestions for use, with case studies of what’s performing well, what’s not quite there yet. Let us be the homework champion that does the legwork for you to find out what’s out there and what works.

Like? Tools that extend:

• Comfort care in home telehospice. Focuses will be on easy-to-use and familiar technologies to bring patients assurance, comfort, and a good dose of spirit lifting in their life’s last chapter.
• As-needed, when-needed clinical alerts in longer term care—say, for pain or respiratory management needs, among other must-have information, sent to caregivers any time, anywhere.
• Easier, available training/reminders for family caregivers of chronic disease patients-- helping them know just how to help at-home patients at times when they really need to know.

All of these possibilities extend on conventional care—the care service that is becoming more limited for most, as a result of nursing shortages and many, many more patients needing home and hospice care services.
